Welcome to Parkside Pups Resort

My name is Amy Connolly, and my husband Clayton and I began boarding dogs from our home in 2020. What started as a small setup with just four kennels quickly grew into a 40-kennel operation as demand increased.

Encouraged by that growth, we introduced dog daycare from our home, beginning with just four or five dogs a day. In 2023, we opened a dedicated daycare facility, and once again saw rapid growth—from a handful of dogs daily to now caring for 30 to 50 dogs each day. In 2024, we expanded our services further by adding professional grooming to our facility.

Clayton and I are high school sweethearts who have been married for 31 years, and we are proud parents of three children. Our oldest son, Tyler, played football and graduated from West Virginia University. Our daughter Carly serves in the Air National Guard and is pursuing a career in nursing. Our youngest daughter, Claire, is currently a sophomore at Marysville High School. Both Clayton and I were raised in Marysville, making this community especially meaningful to us.
